De Grote Karmische Raad bestaat uit een groep opgevaren meesters die gerechtigheid uitdelen voor de menselijke evolutie op aarde en die voor elke levensstroom beslissen over karma, genade en oordeel. Great Divine Director vertegenwoordigd de eerste straal van de Goddelijke Leiding, Goddelijke Kracht en de Wil van God.
Goddess of Liberty vertegenwoordigt de tweede straal van verlichting, Christusbewustzijn en de Goddelijke Wijsheid.
Lady Master Nada vertegenwoordigt de derde straal van compassie, Goddelijke Liefde en Goddelijke Schoonheid.
Elohim Cyclopea vertegenwoordigt de vierde straal van zuiverheid, discipline en perfectie van de Ascension vlam van Goddelijke Moeder.
Pallas Athena vertegenwoordig de Goddelijke vlam der Waarheid.
Goddess of Justice, Portia vertegenwoordigt de zesde straal van vrede, dienstbaarheid, broederschap en Goddelijk Oordeel.
Goddess of Mercy, Kuan Yin vertegenwoordigt de zevende straal van genade, vrijheid van de ziel, Goddelijke Rechtvaardigheid en transmutatie van het verleden door het alchemistische werking van het violette vlam.

Iedere ziel krijgt het Goddelijk plan voor de komende reïncarnatie te zien, die belangrijkste spirituele lessen voor desbetreffende ziel omvat. Grote Karmische Raad in samenwerking met de Hogere Zelf van de ziel bepaald welke percentage van negatieve karma noodzakelijk is om te balanceren tijdens de komende reïncarnatie. Tijdens de reïncarnatie de bevorderingen van de ziel worden door de 'agenten' van de Grote Karmische Raad bij gehouden. Hun taak is om alle gedachten, gesprekken, acties en beslissingen van iedere individu dagelijks bij te houden.
Through the Keeper of the Scrolls and the recording angels the Lords of Karma have access to the complete records of every lifestream's incarnations on earth. Great Karmic Board assigns souls to families and communities, measuring out the weights of karma that must be balanced by every living soul. The karmic Board, acting in consonance with the individual I Am Presence and Holy Christ Self, determines when the soul has earned the right to be free from the wheel of karma and the round of rebirth and can be prepared to the ritual of the Ascension.

De ziel wordt de kans gegeven om eigen oordeel over afgeronde reïncarnatie uit te spreken. Daarna bekijkt de Grote Karmische Raad samen met de Hogere Zelf van de ziel welke nieuwe stappen desbetreffende ziel kan ondernemen om haar ontwikkeling te bevorderen.
The evaluation at the end of your life...
The evaluation of our life takes place after the change called fysical death. This evaluation of the soul happens in the presence of our Higher Self - the Holy Christ/Buddha self and is conducted by a hierarch of Light - it could be the Ascended Master who has sponsored you spiritually in last embodiment. You will see how you did, you are told by the Lords of Karma what you left undone, for what kind of situation you must go back in reincarnation and undo or redo to make things better. You will understand what you have accomplished for your family, friends, nation and planetary evolution. You are even shown films of your soul's highs and lows, so you can observe how others saw you, were blessed or cursed you.
At last you will receive opportunity to judge for yourself how you did on your life tests. You will see that every life that you lived was an opportunity to balance your karma and to become more and more who you really are in order to serve life better as the manifestation of the Divine.
The goal of a life review at the end of a person's life is to evolve as a spiritual being!

Prayer for the newly departed soul
Beloved Presence of God I Am That I Am within the heart of this newly departed soul whose name is -------------- , blessed Archangel Michael and your angels of deliverance, I ask you to meet this dear soul and cut her free from all ties of the earth and the shackles of human creation. Take her quickly into one of the temples of Great Mercy and Love and thereby purify her of all creations of the centuries, before she is called to appear before the Great Karmic Board in the Hall of Judgment.
Forgive her, forgive her, forgive her, o eternal Father- Mother God! Beloved angels of the Light, go with her into the Halls of Karma and stand by her side.
Beloved Masters of Wisdom and Love, come forth now and stand sponsor for her lifestream when her name is called and her book of records is opened and read. I offer the light and love of my own beloved Holy Christ Self in her behalf and I ask that she may be assigned to a schoolroom of great light and at the feet of the masters of love and wisdom quickly learn the Law of Harmony, Love and Peace which is God's Will for his children!
Let the judgment of the Great Karmic Board be tempered with mercy and infinite compassion, let the perpetual light of her own Christ Self illumine her pathway, o Lord! Let her spirit rise on wings of love into the octaves of light and if it is possible, allow her to complete her circle of life in the octaves of light, free forever from the wheel of rebirth. Should the law of her lifestream demand reembodiment, may she reincarnate in a family of great light! May she fulfill her Divine Plan quickly and the cause of the Cosmic Christ be furthered by reason of her presence of this planet.
